By using MedToDate (the "App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of the service

The App includes medical calculators, order & infusion tools, drug information, literature summaries and an AI-powered clinical assistant. The App provides clinical decision support; it is not a diagnostic or treatment tool.

2. Physician responsibility

The content is intended for healthcare professionals. Calculation results, drug information and AI answers never replace clinical judgment under any circumstances. Final responsibility for diagnosis and treatment rests with the physician. Decisions about patient care must be made only on the basis of current official sources and clinical assessment.

3. Account and usage rules

• Sign-in is done with a Google or Apple account; you are responsible for the security of your account.
• Misuse of the service (excessive automated requests, reverse engineering, attempts at unauthorized access) is prohibited.
• Accounts may be suspended in case of use that violates these rules.

4. Intellectual property

The App's interface, brand and compiled content structure belong to MedToDate. Calculator formulas and literature data belong to their respective sources and are presented with attribution.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The utmost care is taken to keep the content current and accurate; however, MedToDate cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the content.
