MedToDate is a clinical decision support application built for physicians, residents and medical students. Our goal is to bring the calculations, drug information and literature needed every day in clinical practice together in a single, reliable app — accessible within seconds.

- Drug information: an index of 47,000+ drugs and interaction checking graded on the X/D/C/B/A severity scale.
- Current literature: articles screened weekly from PubMed, Europe PMC and OpenAlex, with AI-generated summaries.
- AI clinical assistant: answers grounded in open-access literature that always cite their sources.
Our approach
Calculator formulas are never rewritten by hand; they are used exactly as published in validated sources. AI answers are never presented without citations. MedToDate provides clinical decision support; final responsibility for diagnosis and treatment always rests with the physician.
