2. E-posta ile Silme Talebi
Hesabınızın kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@medtodate.net adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.
Silinen Veriler
- Hesap bilgileri (ad, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı)
- Favori hesaplayıcılar ve ilaçlar
- Yapay zeka asistanı sohbet geçmişi
- Kullanım/kota kayıtları
Kalan kredileriniz de silinir. Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız uygulamanın Apple Kimliğinizle bağlantısı da kaldırılır. Hesabı silmek aktif bir aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliği App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan ayrıca iptal edin. Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü kapsamındaki fatura/abonelik kayıtları (App Store ve Google Play tarafında tutulur) bu kapsamın dışındadır. Güvenlik log kayıtları en fazla 90 gün içinde otomatik silinir. Account & Data Deletion (English)

There are two ways to permanently delete your MedToDate account and all data linked to it:
- In the app: open MedToDate, sign in, go to the Profile tab, tap Delete Account and confirm.
- By email: send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from your account's registered email address to destek@medtodate.net. Requests are processed within 30 days at the latest.
Data that is deleted: account information (name, email, profile photo link), favorite calculators and drugs, AI assistant chat history, usage/quota records and remaining credits. If you signed in with Apple, the app is also disconnected from your Apple ID. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Billing/subscription records kept by the App Store and Google Play under legal retention requirements are out of scope. Security logs are automatically deleted within 90 days.
